What Would Cause Specs On The Paper With A Ricoh Aficio Ap610n
when ever we print something there a specs on the sheet of paper what would cause this?

Typically, specks are caused by the developer. Paper dust and other debris gets in the developer unit over time, and gets pushed onto the paper along with the toner. A developer change will correct the problem if paper dust is the cause.
A worn drum can also cause specks, as it starts to attract toner to spots on the drum where it shouldn't be attracting toner.
