How Do You Open The Paper Tray On Ricoh Mp 2000

Hi, the paper trays can be opened by grasping the handle and sliding them straight out. If the tray won't pull out, something inside may be broken or out of place.
To open the bypass tray, pull it down (outward) from the side of the copier.
