Why Can't I Access An English Language Version Of The Rs Website In Japan??

I am an Australian, currently living in Japan and wanting to check out Rosetta Stone for learning Japanese.  HOWEVER, every time I try to log into an English language version of the site (.com/.uk/.com.au) I keep getting redirected to the Japanese language site.  This is really frustrating and though I am VERY interested in buying Rosetta Stone, I am starting to get thoroughly peeved at not being able to access any website content that I can read because of my Japanese IP address.  Tell me, is there an email address that I can contact Rosetta Stone on to complain about this and try to work around it?
