Customer Service Did Not Activate Replacment Phone After Holding For 25 Minutes!
I just received a new replacement phone. I called customer service to have it activated and I also asked customer service when call for replacement if I could keep my original telephone number, as I have a customer for a long time and have always liked your service. The customer service rep had me on the phone for about 25 minutes and the phone is not activated. I have no minutes on the phone and this is my only telephone.
