3/8/13 I Was At Sam's Club Card Was Denied Due Want To Mention We Purchase Appro

To whom it may concern my wife and I were in Sam's Club in Bismarck, North Dakota today 3/8/13 and your club had a promotional going today if you sign up for a Sam's card which I applied for and was denied and I guess my question is, explain to me why I was denied as I carry American Express, Sears card from 1961.  Discover card from 1992 and cards are always paid on due date in full.  I must say I really don't need Sam's card but being you people put on the promotion I thought I would take out a card also spoke to the store manager concerning this problem.  If need to be I can show receipts from 2012 Sam's Club purchase I've made in  Bismarck, North Dakota
