Voice Microphone Doesn't Work

I have used this device, hm-3350, for a few months now. In the beginning it worked really well, but up until recently the voice output or microphone doesn't work. I have tried adjusting the settings on my phone with no success. I can hear recipient fine, they cannot hear me too well. How can I adjust audio output?

When the mic is dead it is dead and it cannot be repairedbbut the mic is replaceable.
