There are a few things you can do to fix a stuck brake pad on a Schwinn Sanctuary 7 bicycle.

Check the brake cable. The brake cable may be too tight, which is preventing the brake pad from releasing. To check the brake cable, you can try to pull it away from the brake caliper. If it is too tight, you can loosen it by adjusting the brake cable adjuster.

Clean the brake pads. The brake pads may be dirty or contaminated, which is preventing them from releasing. To clean the brake pads, you can use a brake cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Be sure to dry the brake pads completely before reassembling the brake.

Replace the brake pads. If the brake pads are worn out or damaged, they may not release properly. In this case, you will need to replace the brake pads.

Here are the steps on how to check the brake cable on a Schwinn Sanctuary 7 bicycle:

Locate the brake cable adjuster. The brake cable adjuster is usually located near the brake caliper.

Use a wrench to loosen the brake cable adjuster.

Pull the brake cable away from the brake caliper.

If the brake cable is too tight, you can loosen it by turning the brake cable adjuster clockwise.

Once the brake cable is loose enough, tighten the brake cable adjuster by turning it counterclockwise.

Here are the steps on how to clean the brake pads on a Schwinn Sanctuary 7 bicycle:

Remove the brake pads from the brake caliper.

Apply brake cleaner or rubbing alcohol to the brake pads.

Use a soft brush to scrub the brake pads.

Rinse the brake pads with water.

Dry the brake pads with a clean cloth.

Reinstall the brake pads in the brake caliper.

If you have tried all of these steps and the brake pad is still not releasing, you may need to take the bicycle to a qualified bicycle mechanic for further assistance.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with the right-side brake pad on your Sanctuary 7 Schwinn bicycle. Let's work through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the problem:

1. Start by checking if there is any excess tension in the brake cable. Ensure that it is properly seated and not causing the brake pad to remain engaged. Adjust the cable tension if necessary.

2. Inspect the brake caliper and make sure it is centered properly over the rim of the wheel. If it is misaligned, loosen the mounting bolt, center the caliper, and then tighten the bolt securely.

3. Examine the brake pad itself for any signs of misalignment or damage. Make sure it is positioned correctly and not excessively worn. If it is misaligned, adjust its position using the provided adjustment screws, if available.

4. If the brake pad is clean and aligned correctly, try lubricating the pivot points of the brake caliper with a light bike lubricant. This can help loosen any stuck components and improve the brake's functionality.

5. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there may be a mechanical problem with the brake caliper itself. In this case, it might be best to contact Schwinn customer support or take your bicycle to a local bike shop for further assistance or to service the brakes professionally.

Remember to always prioritize your safety when working on your bicycle. If you're unsure about any part of the repair process, it's best to seek expert help.

I hope these suggestions help resolve the issue with your brake pad, and you can get back to enjoying your new bicycle soon!

I hope this is helpful? PLEASE "ACCEPT" and mark it "HELPFUL" to complement my little effort. Hope to bring you more detailed answers.
