I Need The Name Of Their Top Management Vp

I have a Bissell vacuum that my mother bought me as a gift from her pension.  This vacuum is 5 months old and the belt has been replaced 4 times and that is not even getting it stuck on a mat or anything....it happened during normal use.  Sears said they will send it out for repair.  Well my mom paid good money and I don't want a refurbished vacuum cleaner.  Since they are taking their time answering me, my mother and myself wents halves and bought a Dyson.  I want my mother to get her full money back on that Bissell vacuum cleaner.  I need a name of a top management person that can help me and not just some regular customer service person which I keep getting because the only email address I have is [email protected]. and [email protected]   They will not give me the title or email address of anyone higher up.
