Firmware Updates
I was able to view Netflix through my Sharp DVD player but for the past month or more, I cannot due to a message stating a new firmware update is available. WHen I prompt it to update, it just sits there and does nothing. This little light is blinking saying it's updating but nothing. For TWO weeks I had it on (because the only way to turn it off is to unplug the unit) and still nothing. Is this a Sharp issue or a Netflix issue? I really would like some help in solving this, I am not computer savvy and cannot understand the language such as IP addresses, LAN, etc.

I got mine to working by uninstalling silverlight v5 and installing silverlight v4 back on my pc. Im not sure if that can be with that machine but it seams silverlight 5 broke netflix for everyone about a month ago.
