The Image Is Doubled And Somewhat Smaller. How Do We Fix It?

I work at a school so the projector has not been used while we've been out for the summer.  We have just turned it back on to prepare for the beginning of school and see that the image is distorted by being doubled and a little smaller than normal.  How can we get it back to normal??
