Sharp Tv - No Internet Connection?

I bought SHARP AQUOS QUATTRON LC-40LE830U 40" LE a few days go and started using apps like Netflix. It used to be working fine but then now every time I switch off TV I can not use apps until I refresh the settings. It is actually quite frustraing to do it every time. How it can befixed? Also, there is no Youtube, is iy hidden somewhere?

I know this is under warranty and I searched the service web site only to find no updates or similar known issues. I suggest you contact customer service and maybe they can debug it, or set up a service call to replace the "main" board. http://www.sharpusa.com/CustomerSupport.aspx
