Printing From Usb Flash Drive

I am trying to print from a USB Flash Drive to a Sharp MX 5001N copier.

Describe what you are doing and what isnt happening. IF usb printing isnt disabled and the option is displayed on the home screen, its quite simple.

Select document filing.

you should see main folder and quick folder listed. there are tabs listed above these folders...you should see something like "External Data access" (or something like that)

***This may be something your IT dept has disabled and for good reason.
