The customer service of Simple Mobile is so terrible, you can never have them to fix anything in your phone, firstly because "YOU ARE CALLING FROM THE PHONE WHICH YOU WANT TO FIX"....they need you to make calls from someone else's phone, however inconvenient it gets for you.
Secondly, because when you call them, they have "specialized" departments for every issue, they transfer you and transfer you and finally transfer you to the department that are apparently there to solve your issue....they make you hold on to the line from anywhere between 10-50 minutes saying they're still working on it. However, the final verdict...PLEASE CHECK BACK AFTER AN HOUR...and if it still isn't working, please call back!
True story... it just happened to me. And I am so mad at the service....I so wish I could get rid of problems I have with it...which happens literally every month and every month I get mad like this!
If any of you "SIMPLE MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE" people read this comment......fix your service!!...you need to make it quicker for your customers, they do not have all day to hold on to someone else's phone hoping that with your sub-standard service they will have their problems fixed. And start fixing problems in the phone from which your customer is calling you....I am quite sure it isn't that difficult...mobile phone services in third world countries can do it....why not simple mobile!
