Damaged Luggage

Matthew Kam Chan Mun travelled on M1324 from Manchestert on 20 Jan 2014 enroute to KL and SQ327 to KL on the same day. The luggage zip and lock was destroyed and gone missing. A report was made with form filled on line to Sigapore Airlines on 23 Jan, including pictures of the damaged part attached. No reponse from SIA. Please help
