If your hand wheel is hard to turn do not force the hand wheel to turn. The pulley on the machine should turn freely. By forcing the hand wheel to turn, you could do further damage to your machine.

Remove the bobbin case and clean any lint or thread that may be stuck or have built up in the machine using either a small brush or vacuum.

Once this is complete check if the handwheel moves freely without the bobbin case.

If the handwheel moves freely with the bobbin case removed please re-insert the bobbin case and try using the machine again.

If the handwheel does not turn with the bobbin case removed your machine will need to be serviced,

Thanks

If your hand wheel is difficult to turn do not push or pull the hand wheel to turn. The pulley on the machine should turn freely. By pushing or pulling the hand wheel to turn, you could do further damage to your machine.Remove the bobbin case and clean thread that may be stuck or have built up in the machine using either a small brush or vacuum. after that it will be okay. thanks
