You haven't provided as much information as I'd like, to give you the best advice. You'll probably want to try to resolve with Skrill. Call the old number (800-238-9984) for recorded instructions. Either call the new number, which appears to be in the United Kingdom, or follow the instructions for making contact via email. You can also write:
