Where Is My Order?
I order from Sanpfish and when i went to pick it up...Wal-Mart never recieved my order. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have been on hold for Snapfish Customer Service for over 1/2 hour.

Snapfish. Contact their customer service department via the website and your account. They will fix your problem. I ordered mugs with photos and did not receive them. They immediately replaced the order with no charge. Good company to work with. They will do everything they can to make your order correct. Best of luck.
