Transmission/chain Case Lubrication

I am a DIY guy that just bought a used 2014 RE130. The owner's manual says to consult a service type to check/add the fluids. It looks like it uses 7061017YP grease so is there any more to it than filling to the bottom of fill holes? Or does the fact that the unit can't be stood on it's rear bumper complicate this process?
