- Open the Sonos app for iOS or Android.
- From the Settings tab, tap System.
- Under Products, tap the room you would like to add your Sub to.
- Tap Add Sub.
- Follow the prompts to add the Sub to your Sonos system.
On the other hand, iOS 14 introduces a new app permission that needs to be enabled for the Sonos app to connect to your system. If you've updated to iOS 14, go to your iOS device's Settings app, then go to Privacy > Local Network. Enable access for Sonos on this list to let the Sonos app connect.
