Operation Failed?
When trying to text i get a message saying operation failed? What is going on?

The phone is trying to send the text but it can't get it through. Most likely it's a problem with your SMS/text service center number. Page 22 here has the information on how to view/edit that number:

You can get the number from your operator.
If that fails, your best bet is to talk with their customer care as it's probably a network problem.
