- Remove the batteries from the remote control.
- Press and hold any button on the remote control for at least 20 seconds to discharge any remaining power.
- Reinsert the batteries into the remote control, making sure that they are inserted correctly.
- Press and hold the "Power" button and the "Enter" button at the same time for at least 3 seconds.
- The remote control will now be reset to its factory settings.
