System Won't Shut Off

1. Unplug the soundbar from the power source: Sometimes, the soundbar may get stuck and refuse to turn off due to a power surge or glitch. Unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes may reset the system and allow it to turn off normally.

2. Check the batteries in your remote: If your remote's batteries are low, it may not have enough power to send a signal to turn off the soundbar. Replace the batteries in the remote and try again.
