Charging Problem

How do I get my Rave neo to charge I have wiped clean the tip of the charger I have used a different cable and wall charger I cannot see a reset button if there is one please tell me it's location.

I Know the Answer!

The device charging point may be dirty or damage, try and clean the inside of the charging point. If this does not work, you will have to change the charging point.
