Claim Information

Spirit has to be the worst airline in the world. After our wedding, our bags was lost. It had my veil from my family that dates back to late 1800s. I won't get that back. I have called numerous times trying to get status on my claim and I still have not heard anything. It is impossible to get any answers from this airline. When we finally got off of the plane on November 1, 2015...because all the gates were full, we had to wait an additional 3 hours before we were able to exit the plane. Once we got to the baggage area, no bag. We go to the ticket counter they send us to baggage claim area.....guess what....NO ONE WAS THERE!!! Or course not. Go back to the ticket counter and the woman working told me that I have to file a claim there. Take it that doing all this in a wheelchair, in pain and late taking my insulin because the flight was severely late. We waited for about 30 minutes and no one showed so we left and went home and called. Finally talked to someone on Monday, still no bag. Filed a claim over the phone. Unbelievable. Today is December 23, 2015, I have not heard anything from them at all. I go to check status and it reads that thee file is closed. Why is this when I still do not have my bag. The claim number is
