Spirit Airlines - No Customer Service Available!!!

Need help ASAP tonight regarding this matter!My daughter, Monica Diaz, bought a ticket on Spirit Airlines from Logan Airport to Ft. lauderdale and they made the mistake of putting her last name as her first name. Her flight was #615 at 5:45 pm on 8/24/15. They did not let her board this flight because of their mistake.Now, my daughter is sitting alone in Logan Airport and will have to wait to board flight #103 at 5:45 pm on 8/25/15. They did not even have the courtesy of offering a place for her to stay overnight and taking responsibility for their mistake.As a worried mother, I called Spirit Airlines customer service line (in the Phillipines?) twice and they could not event put on a supervisor. They said my daughter needed to speak to someone in the ticket counter that it should be open till 2:15 a.m. No one was there after 10:00 p.m. I tried to call their number at Logan Airport and the offices close at 6:00pm. Spirit Airlines has no Customer Service - it is really a mockery to the public that this airline is supposed to serve.
