Can I Return My Tickets On Stubhub?

Ticket master was selling Springsteen tickets for $46 dollars one day, but all day the next day they kept saying that they were not available, so I assumed they were sold out. I panicked and bought the cheapest available tickets, which were $70. Lo and behold, $46 tickets go back on sale 2 days after my order. My tickets have not been emailed yet, is there any way I could just return them for a refund?
