Where can I get Support.com reviews and ratings from real customers?
I am looking into Support.com, but would like to read honest ratings and reviews first.

The service at support.com is good -- IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH! They have drastically over-sold their services and wait times of over an hour are normal. They don't answer the phone. They don't initiate a chat session. If they ever fix this customer service nightmare, they're worth the money but until they do - DON'T BUY A SUBSCRIPTION!

They're impossible to get ahold of.
I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes once.
Not worth the effort AT ALL.
