How Do You Get A Refund From Norton??

What a laugh, virus protection! Had the 360 Premeir Addtion, went past the renewal date and then the trouble began! I supposedly thought I downloaded it and paid $91.38, can you believe that!! But the boxes kept telling me can not do virus updates or protectection for your comp cause you never renewed it. I tried to get a hold of so many sights, people, #'s...no luck! Finally figured on our own we have to download it all since we didn't make the renewal date. Waited over 2 hours for it to download, then a box comes up, file is currupt, can not download! Still, can not get a hold of NO ONE! All these phone numbers they give you are a laugh! They take your money and say they protect your comp but it is all a bunch of S***! Our computer is all screwed up now and done for!  To all hell if we are paying $91.38! We have tried and tried to get a refund but now it just comes down to calling our credit card company and telling them about this! I think the better business bureau is next!
