I Need To Install The Key Code On The 3rd Computer But Can't.
I have a computer I need to install the key code on and I can't access the renewal download from my account. It originally was on a different computer, but it stopped working. When I purchased the renewal it would not let me access the licensing for a new computer. how do I get it to work?

I would seriously consider dropping Norton altogether. Not only is it confusing, as you already know, but Microsoft makes a good antivirus product available for free. So why pay a company that did not write the operating system to protect the operating system when you can get protection from Microsoft for free?
