Credit Equiries Without My Permission Dear T Mobile,

Equifax tells me that on 27 April 2012 you did three searches on me. I did not ask you to do so nor did I authorise you to do so.  The last contact I had with you was about a year ago when I lost my phone (number 07915 296296) and bought a new simcard from you for £15 but when I put it in a new phone it did not work. I then found the old phone and so tried with the old simcard but I had a message saying that simcard was blocked. What a waste of £15! So I stopped charging my phone with T-moble credits and so stopped usng T-mobile.for anything. Can you please 1. Tell me why you put three searches on my equifax file on 27th April 2012? I find this action of yours rather sinister. Since I have not contacted you since last year maybe someone was pretending to be me. 2. Send me whatever codes I need to transfer 07915296296 to another company which will provide a sim card which works (and for free).. 3. Refund my £15  I did not tell you about the failure of the new simcard at the time as it costs so much to ring you on your premium number and I had, and still have, a contract phone wih Three which connects to its customer services for free.
