Call T-Mobile from your phone, or any phone, and request a representative. Once the agent comes on the phone let them know you are not calling about your account, and you want to make a payment for a different account. Give them the phone number you are calling about, the name on that account, and the amount of money you would like to pay. They will then process the payment for you.
