Why Has T Mobile Taken Out My Payment 5 Times Instead Of Once

Call T-Mobile customer care 611 from your handset, and let them know what has happened.
They will check to see if there are duplicate payments on their end If they see the payments they can fill out a refund request for you.
If they are not showing duplicate multiple payments in their system they will request for you to send documentation of the multiple payments. This documentation will be needed before they can issue a refund.
Be sure to let them know of any bank fees you are charged due to the error.
I have seen instances where the financial institution, and not the cellular company made the error, and attempted to pass blame on the other company.
Just a heads up! Make it clear to both parties you do not care what you have to do, but one of them is going to fix it or you will file complaints higher up.
