I Cannot Connect To A Network On My Phone It Shows Me The Networks Available

I cannot connect to a network on my team mobile phone. it is a Nokia Lumia 521 it shows the networks I can connect to and I can click on them but nothing happens still no service, I took it into team moblie and the guy was an Idiot he thought maybe it was my sim card but it worked just fine in another phone. Everything else works on my phone but that one thing its vreally getting annoying paying for service on a phone I cant use. please help me tell me somthing I have done a master full reset on my phone three times now and still no service?????? do you think you can do anything????
