The U.S. bank does not make international calls. I don't have an American phone number. 3 people loaned me money to help me pay for my cemetery plot. I have to re-pay them, but can't get into my U.S. bank without a verification code. When I call the bank, I am put on hold for over 30 minutes. Okay, but while I am waiting, my landline phone or cell phone dies and I have to start over again with the waiting. I have a customer of this U.S. bank for 20 years.

I can't log into my Chicago Bank Account because I need a verification code. The bank will not call overseas and I don't have an American Phone # I have no one in the states that can call for me. I have a loan to be paid and I can't pay because the money is in the bank and I can't send the payment.

For the verification code you need to contact your banks customer support. I am going to provide you a link from there you can contact them. Here we are an independent help site we will not be able to help you get verification code but we can tell you the medium.
