I have been in your position before, and sadly it is becoming the norm when working for a fast food establishment. The general manager is the one treating you unfairly, therefore you need to complain to the next up in the chain of command: the store manager/store owner. Their contact information should be readily available on the internet or at your particular franchise. If worse comes to worse and you aren't getting any help just quit your job and find a new one where your superiors actually respect you and treat you like a human being, because honestly it's not worth your trouble.
