Each situation is handled with care, and the goal is to accept the return of each item. The receipt is scanned, and if there is no receipt, the purchase can be looked up on the computer if the customer has a valid identification. If an item is purchased and returned within 90 days, then every effort will be made to grant the return or exchange. If there is no receipt, then the return could be limited. Certain products that are opened, such as electronics, are not allowed to be returned. They can be exchanged. Some items have different time frames as to when they can be returned, and this date will be printed on the receipt. All refunds are in the form of the initial payment.
