Unwanted Subscription Renewal
I subscribed to Time Magazine through a special offer dy EXPRESS MAGAZINE in France for a given number of issues. Without any agreement on my part Time Magazine continued to send issues long after the initial subscription was terminated. Now Time sends me "failed payment notices " claiming for the price of the issues they sent after the first subscription was ended. I doubt very much that this could be considered as fair practice. May be theere is an error on their part. I try to contact the magazine which does not answers letters. Please help.
