No Connection Since 3:30 Pm

I have been trying to reach the office in Dawson Springs, Kentucky since 3:30 it is now 4:55. The phone is continually busy. We have had no service all afternoon. Unable to reach office to report. How am I supposed to get in touch with repair man since after hours now??Sue Ann Beshears
