Where Did My Channel Go?

Is there a cross reference guide to find the old channels on the new channel listings? I used to watch a country music video channel that said ZUUS in the bottom right corner of the screen and was somewhere around channel 256 or 259. Can't find it anymore with the channel changes. Called and received absolutely no help, either.
