I Just Traded In My Modum For A New One, Got Ihome And Hooked It Up, Myinterwfnp

my inter now works fine but my phone wont work, the phone lite on modum keeps flashing, i unplugged evevything and waited a little bit and plugged it back in, still having same proublem. and the phone line in plugged in no. 1 what now?
