Cable Remote Not Working

power, chanel changer and volume work. Guide and DVR functiondo not. Starting having problem 2-3 days ago. Model # RT-US64CP-U2SF.

the box and remote may not be responding. try to re-program the remote. if that does not work, replace the remote at the cable company office.

Make sure you have the correct mode selected (i.e., cable). If pressing the [GUIDE] button doesn't make the [CBL] button flash red, then you are not in cable mode. Press and hold down [MODE], then press [CBL]. Then, it should work.
