Tru 2 Way Cable Cards

We have a HD T.V. w/ cable card. We are no longer getting a few channels, and were told by the technician we have to use a box!! I don't want a box, and that's why I paid more to get this T.V. Can I get a Tru 2 Way card for my T.V? Maybe I need to switch cable companies????
