Tissot Pr100 Powermatic 80 Manul Hand Winding Possible?

dear sir ,i have one tissot pr100 powermatic 80 I don't wear all time,can I be manual winding is possible? If I manual winding any issues creat mechanical problems In future? Please suggest me Kumar chakraborty From india, kolkata
