I Cannot Finish My Tax Return Because Turbotax Says There Are Three Forms Not In

I cannot finish my Tax return because TurboTax says there are three forms not in their system, all regarding stock sales. But I received email from TurboTax say they solved my problems. what's wrong? I have used TurboTax for several years. I don't like it goes down

If you mean that TT is telling you that you have not entered tax forms required to complete the return, then you will need to complete those forms. If you mean that the IRS form you need are missing from this version of TT, you will have to get the correct version of TT that DOES have the forms you need.
