I used to work for the marketing company for U-Haul in Nashville & our job was to supply all dealers in the area with the EXACT truck they needed. There are so many rentals & inventory is CONSTANTLY changing. My advise to you would be 2 weeks in advance. This would be the shortest amount of time that you should have zero problems with renting the exact truck you need.
