Complaint About The Boarding Of Flight2642 On 4/12/13 From Brussels To Savannah
my son was denied boarding because of an old green card - he was coming over as a VISITOR so the problem was irrelevant - I used my crradit card as a gift since I'm 81 and ailing and wanted to see him- I dare to presume that this error will be corrected on your part and that you will contact your Brussels agency to either refund the price of the ticket or make it valid for a next flight -Please let me know
