Duplicate Billing
My credit card was bill twice for a flight.

- First you should check the status of your ticket(s) with US Airways by going to the Manage Reservations page online. Enter your confirmation code or ticket number. Open that page to see if you have more than one ticket issued.
- If you are a Dividend Miles member, it is easier to log in that way to check your outstanding reservations.
- If you do find two tickets for the same flight, you will need to contact US Airways through the Contact US page.
- You might also need to call US Airways at 800-428-4322
- It is possible that you submitted your ticket purchase twice and did not realize it - this is easier to do if your credit card info is already on file with the airlines.
- Next, contact your credit card company to inform them of the error and make sure you have all of the confirmation numbers and dates from the US Airways pages.
- Since this could have been a glitch, you want to correct it as soon as possible.
