I Want To Use A Non-refundable Ticket I Purchased & Need To Book Today

I was told by Customer Service that I would not receive credit because the ticket I bought in February was void because the flight wasn't cancelled in time.  Our law firm uses U.S. Airways CONSTANTLY.  I wrote to Customer Relations 5 days ago, received no response and need to book a flight TODAY using that credit.  Please help.
