Cancellation Policy

There is a$150 fee to cancel.  You will need to call directly to do.  It is not guaranteed that you will get your money back as cash; you may be given a voucher for future travel.

your cancellation policy depends on what kind of ticket you purchased. if you have a full fare ticket, there may not be a fee. The UA call lines are a mess right now, due to the merger, but keep trying. If you can go to the airport, you can go to the check-in counter, and they might be able to help you there.
