Why Have Not Been Given My Refund Like I Was Told I Would?

Why has no one followed up on my initail phone call and then email?

You have reached HelpOwl and not United Airlines.  You will need to re-contact United Airlines using their online email form.  Please fill in as many of the blanks as you can. If you have a record of your previous contacts please indicate that in the narrative section.

Was your refund on a credit card purchase?  If so, your account may already have been refunded. Did you check your statement the original was on your card?

Please indicate when you were told you were intitled to a refund and the position that person held or at least the nature of that conversation.

You can use United Airlines online email form to contact them with your inquiry.

call and/or email again. If you have your original emails, forward those, with an added message at the top saying something such as : "re my first request for a refund, please see my original email to you on 3/1/2012". Be sure to make notes if you call; person's name you speak to, info given, etc., so you can refer to those in a future email, if need be. makes it easier for them to follow up, if they have a name to ask about the matter.
