How Do I Get A Receipt For A Checked Bag Charge For A Past Flight?

Did you get a receipt when you checked your bag or did you pay online? I you paid online, should have a credit card line item on your statement. If you paid at the airport, did you pay by cash, check or credit card?

Do you still have your ticket information? If so, you can send an email to United Airlines Customer Service asking if there is a record of your payment. The linked form above, will enable you to ask that question, just be sure to complete the lower section relating to completed flights.

contact the credit card company, of the card you used to pay the charge. if you paid cash, call your airline, and see if they can provide you one. be sure to have all the info, when you talk to them; date and flight info. It may take awhile, so be patient.
